TC Helicon's Perform-VG is a vocal and acoustic guitar processor that's perfect for singer/songwriters and duos. Up to two extra harmonies can be added to your vocals based on what the guitar is playing. As well as harmonies, the vocal section includes the renowned Adaptive Tone that ensures optimal sound and there's also pitch correction as well as effects like reverb and echo. For guitar, there are reverb and echo effects too as well as chorus. The BodyRez algorithm is another feature for guitar that makes sure your instrument sounds its best. There's an Anti-Feedback control too that nips any pesky feedback in the bud before it can affect your performance.
TC Helicon Perform-VG: extra control options
If you're playing live, you'll probably want to control the Perform-VG with an optional footswitch like the Switch-3 or Switch-6. Via the free TC Helicon app for iOS and Android devices you can access extra functions and you can use the USB B port to connect a computer allowing you to backup presets. If you happen to have one of TC Helicon's MP-75 or MP-76 mics, you can access many of the processor's features using the mic controls. For great-sounding vocals and guitar during your performances or in the studio, the Perform-VG is an excellent choice.
