The Hercules DJ Control Inpulse 200 is a compact and comprehensive DJ controller. As the little brother to the Inpulse 300, this controller might be small but is also pretty friendly! Friendly is exactly what this controller is designed to be, since the DJ Control Inpulse 200 will help you along while you learn to mix and offers everything a budding DJ would need. With two jog wheels with 4 pads per side (hot cue, slicer, sampler and roll), it has a standard layout so that you can easily get to grips with the craft of mixing before progressing to higher-level controllers.

DJ Control Inpulse 200: a thoughtful controller ?!

The Hercules DJ Control Inpulse 200 works together with DJUCED software (included) and uses IMA, or 'Intelligent music assistant'. With light guidance, this controller basically shows you everything you need to do to mix well. It'll let you know when you it's time to jog a wheel or adjust the pitch to make sure a mix will work. It also has an "ENERGY" function that lets you choose the mood in which you want to play your tracks: from blue (calm) to red (intense). In short, the Inpulse 200 is a great little all-rounder!
