With its double-cutaway maple body, the semi-acoustic Ibanez Artcore AM73-BK has a great, classic look and a bright sound. Together with the Classic Elite humbuckers, that brightness results in a great, honest rock sound with accentuated mid-highs, and it's suitable for many genres, ranging from rock and blues to jazz and pop.

The 3-way pickup switch allows you to select the desired pickups, each of which has its own volume and tone knobs, Furthermore, the Artcore AM73-BK features a set-in mahogany neck that allows for excellent sustain, as well as an adjustable ART-1 bridge and Quik Change tailpiece. Both the bridge and tailpiece are chrome-plated, further emphasising the Ibanez Artcore's honest look.
