The DK2QM from Jackson's Pro Series really stands out for its looks and sound - this Jackson Dinky features a quilted maple top and has a Chlorine Burst finish. Moreover, the neck is fitted with a fresh-looking maple fretboard and all of these features combined make for a very appealing solid body with a great price-to-quality ratio. Other noteworthy components are the stable Jackson HT6 hard-tail bridge and the two Seymour Duncan humbuckers.

Thanks to the combination of an alder body with a bolted on maple neck, you get a balanced sound with slight emphasis in the higher frequencies. The classic Seymour Duncans provide you with a JB bridge pickup and a '59 neck pickup, allowing you to choose from a wide range of sounds, from clean ones to rich, warm rock sounds. The HT6 hard-tail bridge with sealed, self-lubricating tuners guarantees full sustain and stable tuning. Lastly, the compound radius, the 24 jumbo frets and the speed neck that has been reinforced with a graphite rod, make this Dinky perfect for fast rhythms and solos.

Jackson Pro Dinky DK2QM HT Chlorine Burst

Wat een pracht van een gitaar, heb een B-stock gekocht voor honderd euro minder maar weet niet zeker of dit het waard was, na een paar maanden gespeeld te hebben bleek de intonatie niet te zijn zoals het hoort. De schroeven waarmee de brug is vast gemaakt zijn bol dus je kunt de brug weinig verstellen omdat je snaren omhoog gaan staan. Ook was de kam al vrij snel kapot maar dit komt meer door het feit dat de snaren een bocht maken over de kop. Verder een hele mooie super sexy metal gitaartje.
