Metal fans probably already noticed the ink-black Floyd Rose Special bridge, which allows for near-impossible pitch-based antics while the super-slim, oil-finished Speed Neck along with jumbo frets gives way to ultimate levels of playability. With this Adrian Smith Signature, you can race up and down the neck and enrich your sound with some supple string bending.

The Adrian Smith SDX: An Authoritative Metal Guitar

This San Dimas model from Jackson is one of the electric guitars built in collaboration with Iron Maiden's Adrian Smith. The result is an affordable, India-made version that arguably offers way more value for money than most of its competitors and it's a great choice for anyone looking for a solid and versatile metal axe. Impressively finished in a splendid, high-gloss white and fitted with a white scratchplate and natural maple fretboard, you can't go wrong in terms of aesthetics here.

Three Jackson Pickups

You can find three Jackson pickups mounted on the body of this Adrian Smith SDX: a humbucker at the bridge and two noiseless single-coils. The latter two shape characteristic single-coil cleans while the humbucker delivers a full and forceful sound filled with masses of bass, well-defined mids and smooth trebles. Combined with a stable tremolo bridge and a 5-way pickup switch, the sonic possibilities are Infinite.
