This ST-model offers a lively sound and a chic finish you'd normally find on guitars in a much higher price class. The FST is an ST-model with three single-coil pickups. In the first position, you get a clear tone with just the right amount of warmth without sounding shrill, in the second (middle) position, you've got a bluesy sound, and the third position, you've got a rock sound for serious shredding! There are also two positions in between for swinging, funky sounds.

FST118CB: for beginners and advanced players alike

The body of this electric guitar is made of basswood, which keeps it lightweight and gives it a transparent, airy tone as well. in tegenstelling tot andere goedkopere gitaren is deze bijzonder goed. Ik ben het eens met een andere reviewer dat het per model en per type kan verschillen in afwerking en 'feel' in het algemeen maar deze is prima. Helaas kreeg ik van Bax een BStock model terwijl ik een nieuwe kocht, verschil een paar euro maar goed, toch jammer. Ook werd de 24 uur levering met DHL niet nagekomen. Een paar dagen later kocht ik een andere gitaar die met GLS wel de volgende dag kwam. Al met al heeft Fazley uitstekende gitaren, zeker als beginneling.

De gitaar oogt erg mooi,
is redelijk afgewerkt,
geluid is okee te noemen,
geen fretbuzz, dus goed afgesteld
en het is een leuke beginnersgitaar voor een budgetprijs.

89 euro is niet veel voor wat je ervoor krijgt.

Wel is mij gebleken dat het per Fazley Stratocaster kan verschillen hoe die afgewerkt is, mijn vorige, een Padauk Wood was erg slecht, en ik heb ook een gele gehad, die was weer super.
