The ESP LTD EC-407BFM is a properly built baritone electric guitar with seven strings. Thanks to the combination of an extra bass string and the baritone scale length (27-inch) you can go really, really deep while retaining a playable string tension. Other than that and the flamed maple top, the EC-407BFM is virtually identical to a regular 7-string EC-407. The flamed maple gives this instrument a luxurious look. A notable feature that this guitar shares with its sibling is the duo of EMG pickups (81-7 and 707), which ensure even and clear seven-string sounds.
