Polished off with a tasty paint-job, loaded with uber-stable hardware and mind-bendingly versatile electronics, this model is basically a heady blend of the traditional with the modern, resulting in a single-cut solid body that's more than worthy of the riff-meister himself. The mahogany body even features an Ultra Modern weight-relief design and the neck has been given an exclusive Custom Cantrell Taper profile, all to guarantee sublime playing comfort. The Epiphone Jerry Cantrell Signature Les Paul Custom Prophecy comes complete with custom hardshell case.
The Jerry Cantrell Les Paul Custom Prophecy: Pretty Done
The extra-wide tonal range isn't just supplied by a set of custom-voiced Fishman Fluence humbuckers and a three-way pickup selector switch, but the push-pull function of every one of the four control pots. Toggle the tone pots to switch between a classic PAF-style output or a fully spiced up humbucker sound then toggle the volume pots to split the double-coils into single-coils and inject a little spank and bite. Forming the solid foundation is a LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge and Stopbar, a Graph Tech nut, and a set of Grover Rotomatic locking tuners, so you're 100% assured of firm tuning and excellent intonation, and bit of hardware has been given a brushed nickel finish and couples with the unique Circle in Diamond position markers to fully complete the clean and tight look of this old-school yet future-thinking model.
