Descrizione
The Premier Bedford is the very first solid-body electric model ever produced by the eminent American builders, D’Angelico. The depth of thought that's gone into its development can be seen in the elegant lines that shape the slim and comfortably lightweight offset basswood body. Protected by a 5-ply scratchplate and topped with the iconic Art Deco styled D’Angelico headstock, complete with a set of Grove Rotomatic Stairstep machine heads, this premium instrument comes with its very own gig bag.
The Premier Bedford: Jack of all Trades
The Bedford is adorned with a simple and incredibly effective Duncan Designed HS configuration made up of a stacked single-coil at the neck and a humbucker at the bridge, and the warm and thick resulting sound can be expanded even further by popping out the push/pull tone pot to tap the humbucker.
Superb Playing Comfort
The set-thru construction of this D’Angelico original allows easy access to each of the 24 frets along the ovangkol fretboard while adding masses of sustain and resonance and the backside of the neck has been finished with a butter-smooth, natural satin-gloss, making for an incredibly fast playing feel supported by a modern 14-inch fretboard radius.
