Mounted with a classic PJ-pickup configuration and weathered for a vintage, relic look, the EKO VPJ280V 4-string bass brings classic tone packed with one-of-a-kind character. This solid-bodied bass can be tweaked with ease, so you can freely explore the immense sonic range provided by the passive J-style single-coil at the bridge and P-style split-coil at the mid-position. Meanwhile, the hand-applied ageing treatment extends from the distressed hardware and paint-job, all the way up to the neck and headstock, for a comfortable, fully played-in look and feel. On top of all of that, the EKO VPJ280V Relic bass comes at a surprisingly budget-friendly price, making it an excellent model for fledgling bassists or a great back-up instrument for more experienced musicians.
