Descrizione

The superb playing comfort of a Soundgear bass mixed with the build quality of a Prestige Series model, that's exactly what the Ibanez SR5005-OL gets you. This choice five-string features a mahogany body with a wenge top and back and a bolt-on five-piece neck that's made from wenge and bubinga and shot through with a titanium truss rod. The result is a warm acoustic sound with a clear mid-range, extra-firm lows and lots of natural sustain.

The Ibanez SR5005-OL: Premium Build

The slim body, Atlas-5 HP neck profile and 12-inch fretboard radius pave the way for smooth bass lines and melodies while, to underscore its excellence, Ibanez have polished off the SR5005 with an oil finish, abalone-and-pearloid-style oval inlays and gold-plated hardware.

Mono-Rail V Bridge, Bartolini Pickups and Ibanez Custom Electronics

The Ibanez SR5005 is mounted with a stable Mono-Rail V bridge to guarantee tuning and sustain, alongside two passive Custom Bartolini soapbar pickups, each specially and individually designed for its position. The neck pickup provides depth while the bridge element takes care of definition. Backed up by EQ Bypass and Mid Frequency switches that give you the option to flip to passive sound or add more mid-range punch, the volume, blend and 3-band EQ pots help open up a broad spectrum of sounds.
