Peterson's StroboPLUS HD is a highly-accurate strobe tuner. The large LCD high-resolution display is backlit making it easy to read under any conditions. This tuner works on many different instruments and is accurate to within 0.1 cent. It's equipped with a built-in microphone as well as a jack input and there's also a built-in speaker because the StroboPLUS is also capable of functioning as a metronome.

If you know your tuners, you're sure to find the specs on this model mightily impressive. The A4 on the StroboPLUS HD can be calibrated between 390 and 490 Hz and the transposition range goes from -6 to +5. The range is huge too going from C0 to A#8 or in other terms from 16.35 to 7302 Hz! Unique to the tuner is Peterson's 'sweetened' tunings of which there are more than 90. These take into account small imperfections that exist on almost every acoustic instrument and make small deviations from standard tunings that may result in a better sound on specific instruments. The StroboPLUS HD also features a USB port which can be used to charge the tuner and access additional features and tunings through the Peterson Connect computer program.
