Elektron's Analog Rytm MKII has 12 back-lit, touch-sensitive drum pads, an analogue filter, analogue distortion per channel, an Elektron step-sequencer, on-board effects and master compression and distortion. With all of that, you'll be able to make great-sounding beats that'll make others want to do a lot more than just tap their feet!
The Elektron Analog Rytm MKII: 8 Voices
The 8 on-board voices each have their own analogue circuit for optimal sound and there are plenty of adjustable parameters so that you can customise them to perfection too. The voices can be stacked using the built-in sample playback engine. Each voice has its own physical output as well which means that each track can be recorded and mixed separately in your DAW, giving you even greater flexibility. When you don't need that functionality, you can simply use the master output. Despite its wealth of possibilities, this drum machine is easy to use allowing you to put together great beats in no time.
Consigli e osservazioni- The free Transfer 1.1 app can be downloaded from Elektron's website. It allows you send samples between a Digitakt and an Analog Rytm MKII. The app is available for macOS 10.9 or later and Windows 7 or later.

De Rytm mkii is een prima drummachine alleen heeft het momenteel veel bugs en glitches waardoor ik het niet kan aanraden.
Positief:
- De analoge geluiden zijn goed en het combineren met samples maakt ze beter
-De filters en effecten zijn goed
-Scherm is groot en goed leesbaar
-Elektron blijkt het updaten, zo is er laatst een synth engine toegevoegd.
Negtief:
Veel bugs, soms wil het niet opstarten en moet je het een paar keer aan en uit doen.
Het loopt soms vast tijdens het gebruik.
De pads zijn niet allemaal even gevoelig waardoor je sommige veel harder moet slaan.
Overbridge is nog steeds niet uit waardoor je het NIET kan intergreren in je DAW.
Samenvatting:
Er zitten nog veel bugs in de rytm mkii. Ik zou het zeker niet kopen als je het live wil gebruiken, daar is het niet stabiel genoeg voor.
Ik zou zeker nog een jaar wachten om te kijken of dit software bugs zijn die eventueel opgelost kunnen worden
