Brand New FGN Guitars Models Announced

The Japanese company Fujigen Guitars (or FGN Guitars) comes backed up by a solid reputation for building high-grade yet modestly-priced instruments for big brands, and while their in-house developed FGN models are lesser known, these guitars and basses pack masterful detailing and superb sound.

The New J-Standard and Boundary Iliad

The J-Standard and Boundary Iliad models have just been announced and set for official release in June, 2022. The Boundary Iliad Series compiles a range of T-style models, some with a unique sparkle/metallic finish, while the stand-out J-Standard Iliad Dark Evolution seven-string charmer comes in open-pore white. The J-Standard Series basses, meanwhile, bear that classic J-style design but with a few added tweaks, and each model features the renowned Circle Fretted System (CFS), where the frets are more curved to ensure 90 degree contact between the fret and string. This doesn't just firm up intonation across the entire note range but sets up these instruments with increased sustain.
