HK Audio's Premium Pro series also features a line of active speakers. Premium PRO speakers are known to be excellent speakers at an affordable price, and these active speakers (with a built-in class-D amplifier) are no different. Class-D amps are digital amplifiers that weigh only 1.5 kg, making your roadie's life a lot more pleasant. Thanks to the series active nature, you now have many more options when composing a setup. You can easily chain several satellite speakers or have a full active system with just a subwoofer and a satellite. The amplifiers are equipped with locking speaker outputs for an additional passive speaker (like one from the passive Premium PRO series, for instance). All in all, you get the reliable Premium PRO series' quality with a lot of extra functionality.

The PRO 12A is the 12-inch satellite speaker from HK Audio's active Premium PRO series. Like the other speaker in the series, this satellite is equipped with a built-in 600W RMS class-D amplifier. Its compact size makes the PRO 12A perfect for on-the-road vocal applications. Combine it with a subwoofer and you'll have a compact powerful sound set that is perfect for mobile DJs and bands, for instance. The 60 x 40-degree horn ensures a great projection of the trebles. Thanks to the built-in peak protection and RMS sound limiter, there's no breaking this speaker and its amplifier.

Ha scritto quanto segue su HK Audio Premium PRO 12 A cassa attiva

Wauw, wat een speakers. Ik gebruik ze in combo met een Premium Pro 210 sub en doe er geregeld trouwfeesten mee (max 200 personen). Dat gaat helemaal prima, zowel voor presentatie, receptiemuziek als voor het zwaardere feestwerk later op de avond. Warme, volle en toch heldere, presente klank.

Zeker wel hoezen mee bestellen; het doet immers veel pijn als je ziet dat er een kras op zit.

Ha scritto quanto segue su HK Audio Premium PRO 12 A cassa attiva

Een zeer krachtige top uit de pro serie van HK. Duitse kwaliteit en dat merk je. Daar betaal je ook voor, maar dan krijg je ook wat. Goede afwerking en materiaal dat tegen een stootje kan. Persoonlijk vind ik deze beter klinken dan de 10 inch top. Het geluid heeft net iets meer. Ondanks dat de 10 inch iets makkelijker te tranporteren is heeft deze top mijn voorkeur. Wie gaat voor deglijk materiaal komt uit bij HK audio.
