The Gretsch G2420T Streamliner Hollowbody has a construction and amplified sound from yester-when, that might as well have been made for modern guitarists with a chronic weakness for electric archtops with vibrato tailpieces. All the basic and faithful features are present. This is a single-cut semi-acoustic with a slim U-profile neck and 22 medium jumbo frets, finished with the legend that is the Bigsby B60 vibrato tailpiece.

The fixed Adjusto-Matic bridge, combined with nickel-finished tuning mechanics, guarantee excellent tuning stability while the synthetic bone string-nut ensures faithful vibration transfer of the rich acoustic sound. While the construction largely holds true to tradition, the pair of mounted Broad'Tron double-wound pickups firmly plants the Streamliner in the 21st Century.
